I cannot find words to thank you enough for your kindness and patience during my visit yesterday. I felt foolish and embarrassed, but your kind words put me at ease and I truly appreciated that. In the past, I have been to dental "professionals" who were nasty and sarcastic about my phobia. You, Linda and May have always treated me with understanding and respect. I could not have gone through any of this process with anyone else. I will always be grateful and I will spread these words whenever I can - YOU ARE THE BEST!!

I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am to Dr. Shapiro. She is truly a rare breed. I've never met a doctor which such devotion to her patients. She and her staff go out of their way to accommodate my hectic schedule. She is thorough, dedicated, gentle and professional. I only wish I had found her sooner.
From the moment I stepped into Dr.Shapiro's office and was greeted by May and Linda, I knew I hit the jackpot! First, let me say these 2 beautiful ladies are not only professional, but are extremely compassionate to the needs and fears of the patients who walk through their doors!

Secondly, there are not enough adjectives to describe the warmth, the caring attitude and the knowledge, Dr. Shapiro possesses! The techniques she uses are modern and up to date. She addresses all your questions, your fears and apprehensions,with compassion, understanding and a positive attitude!
I would highly recommend Dr. Shapiro, especially for those who have dental phobias. I could never have gotten through this process if not for her kindness, patience and true understanding of my fears. Dr. Shapiro worked with the oral surgeon to make my implant experience (full upper & lower) as easy and as stress-free as possible and I am truly grateful to her and her staff, May and Linda. Dr. Shapiro gave me a beautiful smile – her work is incredible! She has truly changed my life.
