Parking is adequate but can be a bit short if there is an event going on.

The best library on Long Island
This library is in a great area, right next to a school....so you can play there with your kids after you get your books/movies etc. This library is quite and relaxing, the layout is some what confusing but its ok. The kids room is nice and big, there are computers and movies and different reading and other programs. It is air conditianed. There are also toys in ther childrens room and chairs so mommy and or daddy can read while the children play 4 feet away from them. The library is located in a historical area which is cool, half the library which is the magazine room was built in the 1800's. The library is down the road from the duck pond which has nature walks, and the other way past the bank and fire department there is a pizza, chinese and ice cream store/shop. Also, if you go further there is a sandwhich shop call Seaport Deli.......Hope this review helped!!!
One of the better public libraries on Long Island with books, reference, magazines, children's section as well as audio and video collections. In addition to physical media, the library offers a host of services for patrons. This includes digital access to resources as well as events and tutoring.
