The Ethan Allen mattress is the absolute most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It costs $3000 and is about as comfortable as a roll up camping pad. I told my saleswoman I was unhappy and she literally shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. After that she gave me a number to a call center which had a voice mail message saying they will get back to me in 48 hours.
Very expensive, good quality though
This company has absolutely terrible customer service. I would never buy anything from them again.
