I would recommend you purchase furniture off Craigslist before I recommend that anyone shops here. Do yourself a favor and don't waist your time and money on these scam artists. I cannot even get someone to call me back and update me.

La-Z-Boy recliners are very strong. The fabric coverings are thick and wear-resistant, the frames are made of hardwood, the reclining mechanisms are made of steel with friction adjustments (to allow intermediate positions), and they last a long, long time. It is not uncommon to finally dispose of one of their recliners because you just get tired of seeing it after 20 or more years, but not because it wears out!
Sales experience was fine but loveseat had have cushion replaced after year and now having issue with recliner and they want $80 just look at chair than have pay labor after..Haven't had couches 3 years.. Would never purchase Lazy Boy again
I am very disappointed with the customer service at the East Setauket store. I purchased an electric fireplace (went to the store 3 times). The manager told me I would get it in 4 weeks (wink, wink, probably 3). Well 4 weeks came and went and nothing. I called and was told it hadn't shipped yet. I got a call from customer service telling me it had been discontinued. What!!? She told me I could purchase the floor sample at a discount, that I should go in and they could arrange delivery. An hour later I get another call - sorry the 1st call was a mistake. Where's my furniture? I went to the store and got a lecture about bad weather and that I should understand that they had difficulty shipping. Then she told me I should get it by February 15! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LAZY BOY AGAIN!!

Patrons be ware.. this location is not actually Lazboy, this is an independent retailer of Lazboy. What does this mean? If you have any problems they do not go through corporate Lazboy, this retailer is not even accountable to Lazboy. Don't be fooled into thinking you are buying a quality product backed by the Lazboy reputation when you shop here. I have been waiting for over 2 months to have my order fulfilled. They have attempted to deliver damaged furniture to me on two separate occasions now. After their policy of payment in full before delivery can be scheduled, I'm now out my money and still don't have the furniture I paid for.
