I recommend this place to anyone! If your glasses just aren't right or your eyes burn and itch come down to TOC EYE !
My daughter is a patient of of TOC. We recently had my daughter's checkup and contact fitting. Dr. Schaffer and Gabby could not have been more patient and helpful with her. They took the time (over 60 minutes...gahhh) to make sure she was correctly fitted and knew how to use them before we left their office. She was sent home with instructional videos and several samples to try before her final appointment. My daughter left feeling happy and confident with her contacts. Every time we go to TOC I know we are in good hands and everyone genuinely cares about us. Thank you Dr. Shaffer and Gabby:)
Set up for surgery was simple and easy. Surgical coordinator takes care of everything. Outpatient surgery was smooth and recovery time was short. The sunglasses they give you are more normal looking than most. No pain after surgery and during recovery. They helped offset the cost of very expensive eye drops by giving samples when available. The best lenses are pricey but seem to be worth it. The loss of close up reading ability was more than expected but mid and long range vision is great. I can drive at night now with out the old glare effects. I would reccomend them, they know what they are doing.
I had my LASEK done by Dr. Basilice in April 2011. The staff was great, very professional, and had expert knowledge about every aspect of the surgery, from preparation to recovery. I would recommend TOC to anyone considering laser eye surgery.
Dr. Basilice is truly the best out there! My sister and I both had LASEK surgery done about 2 months ago and it's simply life changing! The entire process was so simplified by the entire staff in the office and everyone is so kind and actually cares about every single patient! Payments are interest free so it's affordable for any contact wearer. So simple and so quick, I would recommend Dr. Basilice and his staff any time! Thank you for changing my life and allowing me to view the world differently, from -9 to 20/20 is beyond amazing :)
